Public Affairs

Public affairs... what is it? Public affairs takes pictures of everything we do here in AFJROTC. We travel with our many drill teams here at Lafayette. We go and take pictures of special moments, awards, individual teams and pictures of each competition.

We also get every drill team when they are out on the floor competing.We also have a Public Affairs board posted in the hallway of the JROTC building. We use this to post pictures of what we have been doing recently.

As well as the Public Affairs board we also are in charge of updating every time promotions are out the MS-932 Staff Board. Every time promotions are up we are required to update the pictures and rank. All of this is important to us.  

We make sure on each cadet's birthday they have a special Happy Birthday from AFJROTC. We create or provide them with a birthday card in their flight box. That's not all we do, there's more.

We also video record every drill meet and or any outside activities JROTC is involved in. Everything JROTC does you will see Public Affairs there.

Public Affairs does a lot. We take pictures and video as well as getting birthday cards for cadets. We make sure boards are up to date and we make sure that we have pictures up on the board of recent events that our cadets have taken place in.
