Registration Information
Registration opens January 9, 2022 for the 2022 Wisconsin Army Cadets Xperience at Fort McCoy. Registration will close when 150 Scouts are registered or April 9, 2022 (whichever comes first).
*Please note - you cannot save your information and return later to complete the Form. Please gather all of the required information before you begin to fill out the form.
IMPORTANT: After you complete the online form please print and complete the cover sheet for Confirmation and Payment, and Hold Harmless forms for Youth and Adults. After you complete the online registration form, please mail in your full payment and Cover Sheet to secure your spot. All Hold Harmless forms (for youth and adults) must be completed and either mailed in advance or bring them to the event. Adults and Youth without a Hold Harmless form will not be allowed to participate.
If you have already completed your online registration in our system please complete the following tasks:
Print the Army Cadets Xperience Confirmation and Payment form, complete, attach check and mail.
Download the Hold Harmless forms for adult and youth. Have ALL attendees complete these forms prior to the event and either mail them in advance or hand carry them to the event.

Any roster changes after online registration can be made directly via email to brian.blahnik@gocadets.org
Sorry, no refunds after individuals have been registered, however replacements can be made up until the week prior to the event. Non-attendees who are not replaced will receive all materials (provided on site to unit leader including uniform items, gifts, patch, etc).
