Smith Middle School will host an Open House for parents of current Grade 6 students on Thursday, January 8, 2026. The evening will include a showcase of elective choices and an overview of the SMS experience. Parents will also learn about the course selection process and meet curriculum directors.

Health Form Requirement
Health Form Requirement
Prior to seventh grade, students must have a physical and the CT State health form completed with all immunizations up to date and turned into the GW school nurse or the SMS nurse. Schedules will only be released to those students that have met this State law.
