Installing the Magnus Health App

Families can use the Magnus Health App to complete almost all requirements in Magnus Health. 

1. Download the Magnus Health app from the Apple App Store or the Magnus Health application from the Google Play Store. The icons will look like this. Please note that Magnus Health recently updated their app - do NOT download the older version of the app, called Magnus Mobile V2. Select the app circled in red below.

2. When you first open the app, you will be asked if you want to allow for notifications. We suggest you allow for or enable notifications; you can always turn notifications off from within the app.

3. Login with the same credentials you use to login to Magnus Health. On your first login, you will see an alert asking "Do you want to enable Face ID authentication for the Magnus app? Any Face ID enrolled on this device can be used for authentication." If you answer "yes" you will be asked again, "Do you want to allow "Magnus Mobile V2" to use Face ID?" Like notifications, you can turn Face ID or Touch ID on and off from within the app.

4. You're all set! You can use the mobile app to digitally sign forms/waivers and upload photos or scans of documents.
