Be a role model, mentor & subject matter expert for the Girls Inc. Compass Community
Provide occasional technical support when testing new compass features in Beta before the feature is rolled out to the network
Help create a culture of data use across the affiliate network by:
What's my commitment as an affiliate?
Bi-monthly 1 hour meetings starting July (July, September, November, January, March)
Project per bi-month (examples) - aprox 3 hours per bi-monthly project
staffing models development,
dashboard/report visioning,
Feedback on training materials- or creation of training materials
Testing of new compass features - at least 2 hours testing something being prepped for roll-out
Compass office hours hosting over the course of the fiscal year (4th thursday of the month)
Mentor similar affiliates
We will help our champions meet these expectations by :
Create a dedicated communication platform for staying connected and communicating
Organize the project planning & scheduling
Create a regular meeting to debrief current work and plan for the future
