I am professor of philosophy at Georgetown University, with a specialization in modern German philosophy, esp. the early thought of Martin Heidegger. I teach and occasionally write more broadly in phenomenology, existentialism, philosophy of history, philosophy of sport, and the history of modern philosophy.Â
The second updated and expanded edition of Heidegger's "Being and Time": A Reader's Guide is now available!
"The state of the question in early Heidegger studies" is now out in The Southern Journal of Philosophy.
