ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A SIGNED CELL PHONE AND OTHER ELRCTRONIC DEVICE DISCLOSURE AUTHORIZATION IN ORDER TO POSSESS AND USE WHILE ON JFK CAMPUS.
ALL STUDENTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WILL BE PROVIDED A COPY TO BRING HOME FOR SIGNATURE BY PARENT OR GUARDIAN. DEADLINE TO SUBMIT WILL BE SEPTEMBER 1, 2025.

School Forms (Emergency Information & Health Form, Swift Alert, Counseling Informed Consent Form, Media/Photo Release, Education Tech) distributed to students on August 25 is due September 7 may be dropped off at the main gate(guard house) from 7am-10:00am, Monday-Friday or returned to the 1st Period Teacher.
