2014 Spring Examples

Grammar Reflection Video

To help you better your understanding of a difficult concept with grammar, you will work with a partner to make an instructional grammar video. We will view examples in class. Your short video must be interesting, creative, and educational.

Requirements:

-Create a 1-2 minute video illustrating a grammar concept

-Your video must be interesting, creative, and have real life examples

-Your video must teach your audience about the concept and have practice sentences

-Include important definitions, examples, title page, and works cited slide

Grading:

Content: Grammar videos should accurately teach a grammatical concept to a wide audience with clear definitions. Examples should be relevant to the concept. Videos are 1-2 minutes in length.

Organization: The video should logically flow and be easy to follow. It should also have a title slide and smooth transitions.

Related Graphics: Any related graphics and illustrations should be of high quality. You may use media, but it should not be the majority of your video.

Punctuation and Spelling: Absolutely no punctuation and spelling errors should be

present in a grammar video.

Style: Video is entertaining, engaging, and creative. Sentences use real life examples.

Extra: Any media used that is not your own must be cited in a works cited slide.
