Ms. Jerger's Speech & Language Room
Welcome
We have made it through a strange and unsettling end of the year. I cannot thank you enough for working with me during this time of remote learning. No matter our level of engagement, I know that each and every one of us was doing the best we could with the capacity we had. I am grateful for you.
Below is my final video for the 2019-2020 school year. I hope your children enjoy it.
This will stay active through the summer. Please access it as much as you’d like. I check my work email periodically over the summer, so if anything comes up, you are welcome to email me.
I do not know what the 2020-2021 school year will bring. I am certain it will continue to give us opportunities to be flexible and creative in how we educate our children, not only with regard to formal schooling but with regard to social and restorative justice and anti-racism. I look forward to being part of your children’s experience in all of these areas.
Again, it has been a pleasure to work with you. No matter what the next school year brings, I plan to maintain the regular communication that remote learning has fostered.
Have an excellent summer. Stay safe in the midst of the pandemic. Stay strong as we work toward ending racism.
Love,
Ms. Jerger
