Ms. Honer

Hi, my name is Allison Honer!

I am so excited to be a part of the 2nd grade team at Sonntag Elementary!! This is my second year as a classroom teacher, and will be second year teaching 2nd grade! 

I grew up in Rockwall, Texas! My family is very dear to my heart and live close by! I attended the University of Central Arkansas, ROLL BEARS! I graduated with my bachelors degree in Science of Elementary Education! I have worked with children since high school, and love this career path that I have chosen! 

Aside from teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends! I love to read, work out, and go on walks with my dog, Murphy! 

I can’t wait to get started, and I am so excited to see all the growth the students will make throughout this year! Teaching is truly a passion of mine, and I am ecstatic to be a part of this amazing 2nd grade team! I look forward to working with all of you this upcoming school year!
