Hi, my name is Heather Upchurch, and I'm so excited for a new school year at Phillips. This will be my tenth year at Phillips and my eighteenth year in Frisco ISD. I feel grateful to continue teaching third grade, a grade level I absolutely love.Â

I graduated from Texas Tech University.My husband and I have proudly called Frisco home for the last twenty-four years. We have two beautiful daughters, Makayla (18) and Mary (13).I am originally from a small West Texas town. In my free time, I enjoy working out, reading, playing with our dog, traveling, and cheering on college sports. I look forward to a year full of learning and fun!
