My name is Andrea Schoenholtz and I am so excited to be your child’s first grade teacher! This will be my first year at Phillips and my 18th year in education. I have taught pre-k through second grade and was a reading specialist for several years. I attended the University of the Ozarks, where I majored in Early Childhood Education. I later attended Oklahoma State University where I earned a masters degree in reading. 

I am originally from Oklahoma and moved to Frisco three years ago to marry my husband, John. Together we have three amazing children. Brooklyn (14), Hazel (13), and Cole (10).  We love playing games, hiking, biking, attending sporting events and concerts, and just about anything that gets us outdoors. 

I can’t wait to get to know each of you and partner with your family to make this an exciting and memorable school year!
