My name is Rona Browning and I am so excited about beginning another year here at Phillips Elementary!

This will be my 20th year as a teacher, and I could not be more grateful to spend it at the greatest elementary school on the planet! I believe that our school provides students with such a unique learning and social experience. I am so passionate about sharing my love for learning with students and facilitating a classroom community where learning is fun and challenging! I know the community is a huge part of what makes our school so wonderful. Relationships are the key to your child's success, and I can't wait to get to know your families this year and for many years to come.

I live in Little Elm with my family. My husband is a PE teacher at Bright Academy in Frisco. We have two daughters. Ava will be a senior at Lone Star High School and is a percussionist in the band. Presley will be in 7th grade at Stafford Middle School and volleyball, running, and playing the saxophone. We have three rescue dogs and two cats. 

I'm looking forward to a fantastic 2025-2026 school year!
