Hello Comstock Family-
I have a huge heart for Comstock Elementary. I have been part of the Frisco ISD school family for the last 11 years as a parent and this is my 8th year as an employee. Comstock is such a fabulous school, and I am over the moon to be part of the teaching staff.
Prior to accepting my current position as a Resources Teacher, I taught Health and Wellness at Comstock which provided me the opportunity to have every student in the school attend my classroom once a week. I felt this was such a blessing as I was awarded the time and opportunity to connect with every student at the school. I probably have a close connection with many of you. But if you are new to Comstock and I haven’t met you yet, I look forward to meeting and getting to know you.
Prior to working at Comstock, I was a Director of a local preschool here in McKinney.
I spent my younger adult years in sunny California where I developed my love for the outdoors and a healthy lifestyle. During my time in California, I worked at Children’s Hospital and received my degree from San Diego State University. GO AZTECS!
I currently live in McKinney with my twins, Jake and McKenzie. When I am not at school, I am supporting my children in their activities. I also enjoy working out, gardening, DIY home projects, crafting and spending quality time with my family.
It is a true privilege to teach your children this year.
This is going to me an amazing school year!!!
Hugs,
Danielle Thomas
