Welcome to Kindergarten!

My name is Karissa Smith and this is my 8th year of teaching Kindergarten at Comstock. I am excited for a wonderful year of learning!

I am a graduate of Brigham Young University Idaho where I studied Elementary Education and am thrilled to be in Texas doing what I love... teaching! I have always had a love and passion for education, children, and school supplies. This is my happy place!

In my spare time, you can find me reading, doing something artsy, or spending time with family. I also have the cutest golden retriever named Oakley! We love to play fetch, go on walks, and chase bubbles around the backyard.

We are going to have the best year!
