General Policies: Every Friday afternoon you will receive an email with information regarding the upcoming week. In order to respect our time with our families, all emails received after 5 pm will be answered the following school day. It is our policy that we will respond to all emails received Monday through Friday within a 24 hour time period.
SNACKS: You are welcome to send one healthy snack with your child each day. Please also send water for your child to drink, with a labeled no-spill water bottle.
Birthdays: Birthdays will be celebrated in class with a birthday song and other celebrations. No birthday treats or goodies are permitted to be shared with the class.
Absences: If your child is absent from school, please contact our Data Clerk, Ramona Singh, by phone or email before 8:30 a.m.

Dismissal Changes: Any changes in dismissal transportation made at/after 2:00pm need to be phoned in to the office at (469) 633-3900. The change will be communicated to your child's teacher before the end of the day. No check outs after 2:15 PM.
