Mrs. Harbour

Hi! I am Phoebe Harbour, and I am thrilled to be teaching First Grade again this year. This will be my eleventh year at Comstock and my 24th year of teaching. I am certified in Elementary Education, Special Education, 4th-8th ELAR, ESL, and Dyslexia. I have an amazing husband and two fabulous sons. Cody and his wife just welcomed their first baby, Jackson, to the Harbour family!  T.J. is a mechanical engineer working for Collin Aerospace. I also have a twin sister that is a math teacher at Scoggins!  When I am not teaching or spending time with my family, I am running a non-profit organization, Team Hoyt Texas, that promotes inclusion for individuals with disabilities in endurance races.  I love hiking, paddle boarding, and simply being outdoors, especially in the mountains. It's going to be a great year in First Grade. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your child's educational journey.
