Hi there! My name is Avery Volk! 

I graduated from Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!) and this will be my second year teaching! I am so excited to be here at Anderson Nation with all of you! 

I grew up in Nebraska, moved to Frisco in middle school and have lived here ever since. I love reading, being outside in the sunshine, and taking my dog, Tater, on walks! I also enjoy spending time with my family, going to the movie theater, cooking, and exercising in my free time!

I am honored to be your child’s teacher this year, it's going to be the best year ever! I cannot wait to see all the ways your child grows, learns, and shines this school year! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all!
