Parent Reminders

*The School day begins at 8:25 am, you may drop your child off no earlier than 8:15 am.

*The school day ends at 3:00 pm. K-AD is dismissed out our classroom door. (If you are facing Briarwood School, follow the path to the left. We will be the last door.)

FOLDERS

Please check folders nightly for communications from the school. Also, any notes for the teacher/school office should be sent in your child's folder.

BIRTHDAYS

We will have a "food free" celebration on your child's birthday. They may bring in a special toy to share with the class on their birthday that will be kept in our "Birthday Box". The toy will be revealed at play time! Your child will also wear a special birthday crown and take home a "Birthday Book" made by their friends.

SNACK

We will have snack every afternoon so please send your child with an "extra" healthy snack each day. You may want to put their snack in a separate bag so it is not eaten at lunch!

TRANSPORTATION

If there is going to be a change in the transportation routine for your child, please remember to send a note informing the teacher/school of your plans. Please DO NOT ask your child to communicate a change verbally. WE MUST HAVE A NOTE. Remind your child to give it to the teacher as soon as he/she gets to the classroom. Taking care of this early prevents stress and confusion for all concerned at the end of the day.
