The Colorado State Fair Fiesta Committee proudly carries forward a tradition of nearly six decades, working year-round to celebrate Hispanic culture and provide scholarship opportunities for young leaders across Colorado.
Regular Meetings
Our committee meets on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. to review ongoing activities, plan upcoming events, and advance initiatives that strengthen our mission.
Location: Meetings are typically held at the Colorado Building on the Colorado State Fairgrounds. Please note that locations may occasionally change based on availability, so we encourage you to confirm the venue before attending.
Additional Meetings
In addition to our monthly gatherings, the Fiesta Committee may hold the following meetings as needed:
Events Committee Meetings – Focused on planning and coordinating our signature events: the Fiesta Queen Scholarship Pageant, Noche de Fiesta, and Fiesta Day Parade.
Operations Committee Meetings – Dedicated to internal operations, including by-laws, policies, procedures, timelines, and clarifying roles and responsibilities.
