All of these things should/can be in your notebook for the exam. Most will be handwritten in the different units (ex. equation for density). The periodic table, electronegativity periodic table, ion/diatomic reference sheet, and periodic table of Lewis structures can all be taped/stapled directly in your notebook if you want.
If you are taking the course in the FALL the end of this packet may not apply to you (Ex. we don't always make it to the Bond Energy Table 1st semester).
