Experiments can be done using the ultrasonic bath with DI water as the medium for transmission of waves.
Swine model has high proximity with the human so it is a valid model for testing.
We will meet with our sponsor on Thursday 1pm to discuss in more detail how to conduct experiments for testing with pig tissues.

Risks and Areas of Concern
Main concern remains to be the viability of cells after the tissue is agitated.
The following topics should be covered in the meeting with sponsor on Thursday:
how to harvest and prepare tissue samples from pig joints
how to preserve meat samples and the enzymes
model of microscope to be used
tissue sample size and size of vial
cell culture technique (e.g. how much enzyme to be used)
how to determine when the target cells get successfully separated from the tissue
the current yield percentage

Data on natural frequency of certain human tissues.
Schedule
Next milestone will be the finalization of version 1.0 of agitation system.
We will set up our workspace and gather pig tissue and enzymes to conduct experiments to test on threshold frequencies of tissues and the corresponding power of the magnetic stirrer and the ultrasonic agitator.
Budget (list amount spent and amount remaining)
Total amount of $70.97 was spent on purchasing Raspberry pi3, SD Card (16GB) and a 10A Bi-directional DC Motor Driver.
Amount remaining is $6929.03.
