Managed to gather preliminary data relating to the Screen by strapping it to the Camera Head at Thornton Hospital and recording counts using the Digirad
Mounted power supply to XYZ bottom platform
Purchased several items needed to complete project: curtains, cart and more
Identified option for mounting linear slider to Plotter; actual mounting awaits
Built the next Screen Case iteration

Sponsor Comments from Last Meeting and Actions Taken to Address these Comments (indicate date of comments and if via email or in person)
23MAY2017 (Meeting via Google Hangouts):
Team updated Sponsor on progresses being made with 3-D Plotter and other ongoing activities
Team explained how the data obtained during last visit to Thornton Hospital (counts per second) would be incorporated into Team presentation
Suggested supplying Team with a video that explained in greater detail how CCA works (later provided said video and it is available on the main page under Resources)
Further discussed the need for a cart with lockable wheels to be used to tow the bulky 3-D Plotter
Recommended that a plexiglass cover be constructed or purchase so as to protect the 3-D Plotter and help prevent it from accumulating dust; given time constraints, would settle for something as simple as a cardboard box to deter people from touching the Plotter
Instructor Comments from Last Meeting and Actions Taken to Address these Comments (indicate date of comments and if via email or in person)
23MAY2017 (In-person Meeting in EBU2 333):
Use vacuum on crock pot to remove bubbles from ballistic gel
The presentation was too technical and information heavy, condense what took us three slides into one slide.
Start drafting up documentation for our sponsor and appendices of final report: Handling Instructions, Components Documents, Bills of Materials
Risks and Areas of Concern
Ensuring that the Report is completed and proof-read to sound as if written by one
