Sponsor Comments from Last Meeting and Actions Taken to Address these Comments (indicate date of comments and if via email or in person)
Some adjustments on the new prototype (Add star washers, break off corners, holes instead of a slot...etc) (in person, Leucadia 2/19).
Adding sponge dampers to the MyRio mounting system (in person 2/22)
Tapping into car's own speed sensor instead of using a hall effect sensor (in person, Leucadia 2/19).
Use MDF or Acrylic spacer rails instead of solid blocks to run the cables underneath.
Instructor Comments from Last Meeting and Actions Taken to Address these Comments (indicate date of comments and if via email or in person)
Use belleville washers instead of normal ones to get some play underneath the toggle levers.
Use inserts instead of tapping the Al - spoke to sponsors, they want to stick with tapping and using blue Locktite.

Schedule
Finish up new design, and mount a well structured and presentable real model of the system (including the same components in the car, railings...etc) to show how the real application will actually be during our final demo.
Budget (list amount spent and amount remaining)
Total remaining in budget is $1779.75. We anticipate using another 300 or so to by the rest of the toggle levers once the sponsors sign off on the final prototypes.
