Course Description:
This course is a comprehensive study of World History, beginning with early civilizations. Students are introduced to cultural, economic, political and social developments that played a fundamental role in shaping the world in which they now live. Multiple learning styles and interpersonal development are encouraged through individual and group activities. A variety of assessment strategies are utilized, including testing, homework, group, and individual projects, and written and oral assignments.
