Applications available online here (make a copy of the google doc for your use). Please fill-out THIS FORM if you are planning to apply so that we have your contact info and can communicate with you when the application deadline gets closer.
May 11 - Applications DUE by 1:00pm, including:
Completed pages 9 and 10 of the application
Report card
Attendance report
2 Teacher evaluations and 1 Counselor/AP evaluation.

1 Letter of Recommendation (separate from above evaluations)
Submit application materials to Ms. Petersen using one of the following three methods:

Upload documents to Google Drive and share with Ms. Petersen apetersen@eduhsd.k12.ca.us
Drop off a paper copy to PHS at the lunch distribution in the bus circle between the hours of 11:00am - 1:00pm,
May 12 - 15- Interviews via Zoom. You will be contacted to schedule an interview.
Early August - At the mandatory Student Council training before school starts, students that are chosen for the Leadership class will get more information about running for Freshman Class President. Elections will take place in Freshman English classes after the school year begins.
By submitting your application, you agree to attend mandatory events, which are outside of school hours and are part of your grade for the ASB Leadership Class. Here is last year's calendar to have an idea of the required time: ASB Mandatory Events
