Strength and Conditioning

This class is designed to give students an in-depth understanding of how to properly implement strength training into their lifestyles. Students will learn the proper mechanics and techniques necessary to perform speed training exercises, plyometrics, flexibility, weight training and power lifts. Students will also learn a plethora of weight room terminology as well as the proper nutrition necessary for training.

Our goal as instructors is to educate students, in a safe and non-judgmental environment while having fun and learning lifelong practices that will improve their quality of life.
