Year 5 and 6 - Organise your work on your Chromebook and G Suite.
1. We use Google Drive to create, edit and save work - documents, presentations and photos.
2. Remember your password so that you can sign in/out of Google Drive.
3. Your email account is for school work and will be monitored by your teacher.

Follow steps 1-3 to use the Voice to Text tool in a Google doc when you are allowed to.
Step 1 - Go to tools and Select Voice Typing
Step 2- allow access to the microphone and click to start speaking
Step 3- Speak clearly into the microphone.
Use the return key to start a new line.
You need to say the punctuation you want such as: "full stop" and "comma".
School computers
If you use a school computers (not a Chrome book) for work then use the same password to log in.
It is possible on the school computers to save work in 2 drives:
- Home (H:) Drive (this is in your name)
- Network resources (N:) Drive (this is a shared drive for the whole school and your teacher may create a folder for class work)
