It is recommended that students practice for at least 10 minutes, 4-5 days of the week. This should be considered a part of their homework.
The recorder karate program allows students to progress at their own pace. Some students are motivated to get ahead. In this case, students may take a recorder test from home via video.
*Beginning with the level 3 orange belt test...
Ask a parent or guardian for help/permission
Take a video of yourself (or have someone take a video of you) playing your song. Make sure the video shows your fingers!
Watch the video to make sure you like the way it came out.
Send it to Mrs. Maldonado via parentsquare or by emailing to smaldonado@easthamptonct.org

Sign in with your school google account.
Click "Start Recording" (click allow if it asks for access to camera and microphone)
Record yourself, go back and watch to make sure you like it.
When you're ready, click the submit button.
Mrs. Maldonado will get an email alerting her to the video!
