Enroll at Overbrook Early Learning Center

Step 1: Complete the Online Enrollment Form

Please begin the enrollment process by completing our online registration form:

Step 2: Gather Required Documents

Please bring or upload the following documents to complete your child's registration.

Section 1: Child's Documentation

• Connecticut Early Childhood Health Assessment Record and Immunization Record

• Influenza (Flu) Vaccination Record (required by January 1, 2027)

• Birth Certificate

• Custody or guardianship papers, parenting plan, and/or protection orders (if applicable)

• Documentation of any disability or special needs (if applicable), such as:

  • Birth to Three documentation

  • Individualized Education Program (IEP)

  • 504 Plan

  • Speech or Occupational Therapy (OT) documentation

Section 2: Income Eligibility Documentation

Please provide one of the following:

• 2025 U.S. Individual Income Tax Return or W-2 forms for all parent(s)/guardian(s) living in the household

AND

• The most recent four (4) weeks of pay stubs showing year-to-date gross earnings for all jobs held by each parent/guardian in the household.

Section 3: Proof of East Haven Residency

Please provide:

• Mortgage Statement or Signed Lease Agreement

AND

• Two (2) current utility bills in the parent/guardian's name, dated within the last 30 days. The utility bills must be from two different utility providers.

Step 3: Schedule Your Registration Appointment

After completing the online enrollment form and gathering all required documents, please contact Overbrook Early Learning Center to schedule your registration appointment.
