Congratulations to Seco Mines Elementary 4th grader, Nadiyah Ledesma as top winner of this year's Eagle Pass Public Library

Essay Contest. This event was sponsored by the Consulate of Mexico and the City of Eagle Pass including the Eagle Pass Public Library

and the Parks and Recreation Department. Mayor Ramsey English Cantu presented Nadiyah with honorary award at the city event on Saturday, April 28.

Way to go, Nadiyah! The Miners are so proud of you and awesome writing talent!
