E.P.I.S.D. Cosmetology Department Students Visit Seco Mines Elementary

Approximately, forty Cosmetology students visited our campus to give Christmas gifts to our 1st and 2nd grade students at Seco Mines Elementary. The students are comprised of both local high schools: CCWINN and Eagle Pass High School who attend classes at Frank Chisum Technical Center. We would like to extend our appreciation to Cosmetology Instructor, Ms. Veronica Alatorre and students for their time, attention, and generosity.
