Websites for movement activities

Cosmic kids yoga - https://www.cosmickids.com

Fit4Schools: There are lots of good resources on here about making healthy choices. There are also good social emotional activities:

GoNoodle: There are all sorts of different options on this website from small brain breaks to indoor recesses. I know a lot of classroom teachers use this on rainy days.

Beach Body: There are so many good kid friendly videos on here. They are as short as 12 minutes up to 35 minute video work outs. The whole family can join in on the fun and can be used as a good brain break from your day. I am going to try and set up a zoom class and join in on the fun with you guys!

Dance - I am going to try and put together a few line dance videos for 4th-5th since Mrs. Jone-Heinz and I would be teaming up and going into a dance unit the week before Spring break

Drum fit - This one coach does great videos for kids. You can modify it if you don’t have a yoga ball. You can grab any type of ball and make sure it’s secure and if you don’t have sticks you can use your hands or if you have pool noodles you cut them in half. I have done this with several classes on rainy days.
