Students may NEVER use Google Translate or another translator. This is considered academic dishonesty/plagiarism because you are using someone else's work (Google's or translator's) and passing it off as your own. Additionally, you may not use your aunt, grandpa, friend, or any other person who speaks Spanish as a translator or interpreter for classwork or homework. Skinner's plagiarism policy is as follows:

For most assignments, the expectation is that you ONLY use the Spanish that you already know and never look up words. I need to assess what YOU know, not what someone else or the computer knows. However, from time to time, I will allow you to use a DICTIONARY, such as my favorite Word Reference, for up to 5 words (which you must underline). Watch for this message in the assignment instructions.
