This helps maintain the library plus makes it more attractive and accessible.
There are four steps to “reading a shelf.”
Check behind books for other books.
Move books so they are even with the edge of the shelf.
Look at each spine label and confirm that each book is in the right place. Reshelve any incorrectly shelved books.
Dust the top of the books and the top of the shelf.
