Check out the links below to some Week-Long Running Camps:
High Cascades Youth Trail Running Camp in Enumclaw, Washington. Coach Gunduz, of DS soccer fame, has a friend/running coach who runs this camp in a stunning setting. This would be a grand experience.
The Westwood Cross Country Camp (in the Berkshires) *Note: The "Westwood" camp is not the team that we compete against in the TVL
The Berkshire Running Camp (in Hinsdale, MA) Berkshire mountains and trail running. Beautiful setting in the Berkshire mountains.
NKRC Camp (in Lyndonville, VT) Green Mountain running. Beautiful setting as well. Option for last week in July which gives a nice little mid-summer boost to your training. Coach Milbourn's daughter attended this camp in Summer of 2024.
Of course, summer running camps only last one week. And you don't go to a camp to get in shape. Rather, you get in shape to go to a camp. Being prepared for the fall season is a daily commitment that lasts all summer. Your body will thank you for your commitment. So check out the daily summer-long training options linked below.
