We're pretty proud of Directory Burst. That's why you're allowed to try Directory Burst for free. We want you to see everything we have to offer and make sure it's a good fit for your school before paying us a dime.
Until you switch from a free to a paid plan, however, there are a few restrictions as to what you can do in Directory Burst:
Importing Records: On a free plan, you can only import up to 2000 records into your directory.
Exporting a Printable Directory: On a free plan, you can only export the first two pages of a printable directory.
Adding Users: On a free plan, you can only invite up to 10 users to your directory.
In short, we want you and a few colleagues to fully experience our goodness, since we think you'll really like it. But since we have costs to keep Directory Burst running, we do need to charge an affordable annual fee before you can remove those restrictions above. When you decide to upgrade to a paid plan, visit this Payment Information page in your Directory Settings:
On the page, simply select the appropriate plan level to which you want to upgrade, based on the size of your school. Click the Make Payment button, and on the resulting pop-up, enter your credit card information onto our secure checkout form. When finished, you should immediately be upgraded to your paid plan and should see the details of your payment in the "Payment History" section.
