About Ms. Hampton

Ms. Hampton is a 2020 graduate from Luther College in Decorah, IA. At Luther, she participated in many different music groups, including a cappella groups, chamber ensembles, jazz combos, and French Horn ensemble. She sang in the Nordic Choir for three years, and through this ensemble toured across the country and abroad to Germany. She grew up in a very musical household, where she has been singing and playing piano since birth.

Since graduating from college, Ms. Hampton worked with the Kindergarten through 5th Grade students at Triton Elementary School, before transitioning to this new position. She is so excited to be working with the bright minds and voices here at Dover-Eyota!

When not teaching, Ms. Hampton enjoys going for walks with her dog, embroidering, and reading. She also sings in the Choral Arts Ensemble in Rochester, MN, and has enjoyed participating in choir, instead of just waving her arms in front of everyone.
