Where do I login?

To login in please go to the SchoolCare Works website by clicking here.

What do I do if I forgot my login information?

Please e-mail Lindsey Jackson or Steven Berry to give you a new password or login.

I submitted my calendar and I need to make changes do I receive a credit?

Each family is given 2 credits per student, per year. It is up to you as parents to let us know if you would like to use this credit on days that your student is absent. Once the 2 credits have been used, there will no additional credits given. These credits can be used for before/after school, or full day programs.

What are the late fees for picking up my child?

There is a $1.00 per minute per child late fee. Starting 7/1/23, there will be a $3.00 per minute per child late fee.

Where do I find my pin number?

If you click on the personal tab then click on your name or the name of and emergency contact you will find the pin number.

How do I add days to the calendar?

Click on the attendance tab at the top of the screen or the icon labeled attendance on the front page of your portal. Here you can choose days by simply clicking the appropriate boxes that you need.  

How do I add new authorize pick-up?

Click on the personal tab at the top of the screen or the icon labeled attendance on the front page of you portal. Then scroll down till you see the add new contact option, which is right above the contacts label.

What if I am an authorized pick-up on multiple children?

If you are the authorized pick-up on multiple children you will have multiple pins. Each time someone puts you as an authorized pick up you will be assigned a new pin that you will have to use with that family.
