Hours of Operation

Before-School..............................6:30 - 8:25 AM

After-School.................................3:30 - 6:00 PM

Full Days.......................................7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Breaks...........................................7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Delayed Start: The B.A.S.E. program will open at 8:00 AM

The Douglas County School District requires a yearly registration fee from each family.

Registration Fees

 2025-2026 School Year...............................................$75 first child, $100 per family

Programs

Before-School................................................................$14.00 per session per day

After-School...................................................................$15.50 per session per day

Full Day Program..........................................................$35 per day + Field Trip Fee + $7 Transportation Fee

10% Sibling Discount on Full Day Program only (not on field trip or transportation fees)

Late Fees/ Drop-In

Late Calendar received after Wednesday of the week prior (must be received by midnight the day before your need care)..............................................................................................................$3.00 per session extra

Unscheduled Drop-In...........................................................................................$5.00 per session extra

Unscheduled Drop-In Full Day............................................................................$6.00 per session extra

Late pick up - 6:00 PM during school year & 5:30 PM on breaks...................$3.00 per minute per child

Please note:  There are no credits for days signed up for but not attended.  The program will not allow switching days.  All registration and payments are due the Wednesday prior to the week of attendance.  You may make changes to calendars already turned in by the Wednesday before the week the child attends.
