Fox Creek Base Enrollment

We are only taking current Fox Creek students at this time.

*Please note Registration does NOT guarantee you a spot! We will do our best to accommodate everyone! Calendars are open a month at a time

Please note that your child will not be able to start the same day you register.  

*Kindergartners will be allowed to attend on the first day of Kindergarten.  We want the kindergartners to be successful in both school and BASE. 

Parents who wish to hold separate accounts within the same BASE program shall create their own accounts through the SchoolCare Works online portal.  Parents shall inform the Program Manager that they have separate accounts for the same family, and we will split the registration fee between accounts by applying credit for half the fee.  The Program Manager is unable to separate an established SchoolCare Works account, so if there is an existing account, the other parent or guardian will need to open a new account.  We are unable to transfer payments or charges between accounts.

Current Families:

1. Log in to SchoolCare Works to access your account.

2. Click on the registration tab on the left side

3. Click on the "enroll" button for the 2025-2026 school year. 

4. Review ALL information and update necessary fields.

5. Complete the questions!
