Below is some helpful information about the registration process.
* Please note Registration does NOT guarantee you a spot! We will do our best to accommodate everyone! Calendars are open a month at a time
*We accept a minimum of 5 years of age and a maximum of 13 years 0 months. Children who are four years old and enrolled in kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year may access the program beginning the first day of school.
Please note that your child will not be able to start the same day you register.
Parents who wish to hold separate accounts within the same BASE program shall create their own accounts through the SchoolCare Works online portal. Parents shall inform the Program Manager that they have separate accounts for the same family, and we will split the registration fee between accounts by applying credit for half the fee. The Program Manager is unable to separate an established SchoolCare Works account, so if there is an existing account, the other parent or guardian will need to open a new account. We are unable to transfer payments or charges between accounts.

Registration is completed online. Once you have completed the entire process, it will be sent for approval by the Program Manager. Once approved, you will receive an email notification. Please note that registrations may take 1-2 business days to be approved, so please plan accordingly. Completion of the registration in its entirety will expedite the approval process.
Please allow 24-48 hours for processing of your registration before contacting the program manager. If your student needs extra accommodations or support, processing could take longer.
FOR THE 25-26 school year: Kindergartners will be able to start BASE on their first day of full day Kindergarten 8/18/25
Students joining us for BASE must be 5 years old and potty trained.
