Pick up and Drop off
All parents are allowed in the building! Please have your students wash their hands before coming into our program! Please come prepared with your parent pin number (located in your welcome letter). You will need to sign your student out on our ipad(s) before you leave the program. Please type in your number, and then click the green button. Please click your students picture before clicking the blue sign in/out button.
IF YOUR CHILD EXHIBITS 2 OR MORE SYMPTOMS OF ILLNESS, OR HAS A FEVER OF 100.00 OR ABOVE, THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND BASE FOR THE DAY.
Please remember to bring your ID your first few visits to our program, as we will ID any person inside the program in which we do not recognize. We ID before anyone is allowed to leave the program with your student. If someone comes to pick up who is not in your authorized pick up list, a staff member will contact you to verify this person is ok to pick up.
Parent PINs
All children must be checked in and out of the program by their parent or guardian using their specific School Care Works PIN. If you don't remember your PIN, please contact Kristen Johannesen or Brandon Rios, the program managers, so they can get you your information!
ID Verification
If you are new to the program, we will need to verify a picture ID until we get to know you. If one of your approved contacts will be picking up your child, we will also need to verify ID. Should you ever need someone else to pick up your child, you can either add them as a contact in your account, or let us know who will be picking up your child. But for your child's safety, we will not be able to release them until we verify we are releasing them to an approved adult.
Scheduling
All scheduling is done online through your Parent Portal account. To access your calendar, please select the "Attendance" icon on the home screen. There is no minimum number of days you must register for, and you can schedule out as far as you'd like, but weekly schedules must be submitted by midnight on Wednesday the week before. You are able to schedule after the deadline but will be subject to late fees. If you need same-day care, you will not be able to schedule yourself and must contact the Program Manager to ensure there is space available.
Schedule Changes
Once schedules are submitted, they cannot be changed by parents. If you need to change your child's days, please contact the Program Managers.
All families are allotted 3 credits to use for the duration of the 2026-2027 school year. Once you have used your 3 credits, you will no longer be given credits back for missed sessions.
If your child is signed up and will not need to attend, particularly for the After School program, we ask that you please let us know. If a child is signed up and does not come down after school, we have a very small amount of time to locate them and ensure their whereabouts and safety. We appreciate your help in keeping your student as safe as possible.
