Double Bay Public School P&C organises a range of specialised activities that your child can do before or after school. We aim to provide a range of interesting activities that promote and enhance skill development among our children. These are presented by professional companies or individuals who have been assessed and vetted by the P&C.
Bookings are now open for all Kindergarten to Year 6 students.
Your booking and payment needs to be received by the first Thursday of term (Week 1).
- Direct all general correspondence by email to our BASA Coordinator.
- If you require a refund or change to your child’s schedule, please email the Webmaster.
This is a service to the parents and children of the school. We are volunteers and want to provide the best service possible. Please feel free to provide us with your feedback and your suggestions. We are happy to assess any suggested activity that is deemed suitable.
- Parents are responsible for the behaviour of their own child(ren). If a child engages in disruptive behaviour, the parent may be asked to attend the activity to supervise their child. If disruptive behaviour continues, we may cancel the child's registration.
- The activities are supervised and coordinated with the School so that your child goes directly from their classroom to their activity. If your child also goes to DBOOSH, they will be escorted from their afternoon activity to DBOOSH.
- Unless you have included an authority to walk home on your enrolment, your child MUST be signed out. The sign-out sheets will available be outside the main hall, with a staff member from the school.
- For early morning activities children MUST be signed in by a parent or guardian. They cannot attend without this.
- If your child will not be attending a class in which they are enrolled, contact the school office on 9363 3456.
- No sign-outs are permitted in Steyne Park.
- No parent is to take another child home without consent, written or by phone to the school office.
