About the Teachers

Beth Carter

I am starting my 20th year of teaching, all of which have been in Davie County Schools. I have taught 4th and 5th grade at Cooleemee Elementary and Mocksville Elementary. I am the Language Arts and Social Studies teacher for the Pharaohs team.

I was once a South Davie Tiger myself! I have been married for 19 years and have two beautiful daughters. Rylea is a senior at Davie High, and Holt is an 8th grader at SDMS.

Lori Culler

I am starting my 21st year of teaching and am very fortunate that all of those years have been with the Davie County School system. I have taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades as well as Title I reading. I look forward to teaching your child science and math.

My husband Mark and I have been married for 27 years. We raised two of our nieces and they are now 30 and 28 years old.
