1) Keep Yourself Busy - don't let your brain overwhelm you with anxious thoughts.

4) Manage Your Time - knowing when you have time to work and when you can have downtime will help to minimize stress.

1) Plan Your Time - don't cram all of your studying into the night before the test. Planning what you will study and when you will study at least a week before the test will help you solidify your knowledge base.
