Updated 3/13/26.      We are at 150 athletes and we are going to have a cap at this number. The students' have had two weeks of sign up time.

A google form will be sent to students from GMS on 3/2.   Please let us know if you need a uniform on that sheet ( the kids will get the google form to fill out).  FREDERICK PARENTS - your Principal will send information for to Parents fill out for 6th graders only.   He did on 3/2 through Parent Square.   EVERYONE MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL or they will just have to sit off to the side if they don't have one.    We get the information out to students now so they have a few weeks to get a physical.     Papers will go to all students (from GMS) that signed up to let them know if they need a physical and they will get the paperwork to be filled out and returned to Coach Stahoviak in the small gym .  

Pre-conditioning for GMS 7th and 8th grade students on 3/12 and 3/13. To go over paperwork, questions, condition. 

First two practice dates will be March 16 and March 17th after school to 5pm.    Only 6th graders will be coming from Frederick.  Then no practice the rest of the week and March 30th will start up again for track.

NEW items. We still have some of the old items for $10.00 - mostly larger sizes, but we have a lot of long sleeve and Yxl As and Am sweatpants - just a few hoodies Yxl and 2 AS.

3/31:   All meets are 4pm starting time ( this depends on when all schools arrive at the school that is hosting - start time is usually more like 4:15 -4:30pm - although we do strive to start as close to 4pm as possible. 

3/19  : We canceled today due to pending inclement weather and teacher conferences.  We will see them MONDAY 3/31.   PLEASE FILL OUT PAPER WORK. Keep the High School addresses so you know where to drive to for the meets.   

Also, many parents are asking how long is a track meet.  It depends when we start and how many schools are there. The basic after school meets are about 3 hours.    Depending on what event they are in - they can leave after their event - but if they are running and in a field event - then they would be there longer.   Girls Run First while boys do field events and then it switches.  Giving a time is very difficult. With 100+ kids, not every child will be able to be in every track meet, so if you know they can't attend a meet, they need to let the coach know ahead of time.    Thanks !    Sign up for Parent Square - we gave all the kids papers for parents on how to sign up.
