KIDS are signing up during their lunch. There are announcements during lunch.  You will get an email if your child needs a physical. 

Frederick and GMS XC will start Wednesday August 20th after school at GMS. Frederick will get bused to GMS. Practice attire is just shorts and t shirt - we will be outside everyday pending weather.  Practice is everyday until 5pm.  Home and away meets/ time varies.  You can pick up your child from away meets ( you just need to sign out with the coaches).       The season goes until Oct Sectionals.  Parent meeting 8/27 4:55.  Schedules will be handed out.  You MUST have a physical to participate. Home and away meets. Uniform Purchase to keep is $34.00. Same uniform is used for Track in the Spring. More information at first day and at parent meeting. Thank you.
