SPRING TESTING

Tuesday, April 13, 2021

  • Juniors will take the SAT with Essay. This is a state and district graduation requirement. Students will receive a college reportable SAT score.

  • Juniors who are absent will have to make up the SAT on either April 27, May 18, or April of 2022 with the class of 2023.

  • SAT Student Guide

  • Students wishing to prepare for these exams should use Khan Academy. This is a FREE resource that provides SAT specific practice. Students can link their College Board account to Khan Academy to receive individualized practice leveled to their needs.

Thursday, April 15, 2021

  • Sophomores will take the PSAT 10. Results will also be used to determine the need to place students into intervention programs to help prepare for the SAT they will take as juniors.

  • Freshmen will take the PSAT 8/9.

  • Students wishing to prepare for these exams should use Khan Academy. This is a FREE resource that provides SAT specific practice. Students can link their College Board account to Khan Academy to receive individualized practice leveled to their needs.


Additional Information for SPRING TESTING:

  • All tests will be administered at SCN. One grade level will report and the other three will receive asynchronous instruction.

  • Licensed students are allowed to drive on these days. Bus transportation will also be provided.

  • Students will be required to complete the D303 Health Self-Certification prior to arriving on campus.

  • Acceptable face coverings must be worn at all times while on campus.

  • Students will be assigned doors to enter based on their testing room assignment. Self-Certification reports will be checked prior to students being allowed to enter the building.

  • Seating in Testing Rooms will all face the same direction and six feet distance will be allowed between all students.


ADDITIONAL SPRING TESTING

ILLINOIS SCIENCE ASSESSMENT March/April 2021

  • The Illinois Science Assessment (ISA) will be administered to all juniors, regardless of science class or if they have previously taken the ISA as a freshman or sophomore.

AP TESTING-May 3-14, 2021

  • College Board will be releasing information in February regarding the 2021 AP exams.
