· No drinking or eating in the lab.

· Work in the lab only when the teacher is present.

· Report all accidents to your teacher.

· Use goggles and lab aprons when instructed to do so.

· Read the labels on your chemicals and materials twice before starting. Many chemicals have names that are easily confused.

· Never taste any material in the lab.

· Do not perform any unauthorized experiments.

· Leave your lab area cleaner than you found it.

· Return all equipment cleaned and in good condition.

· Follow your procedures…always! Know how to use your safety equipment…always!
