It is my goal to develop in each student an understanding of the relationship of good body function and exercise. This is possible by motivating students to participate in physical fitness and good social/emotional skills. Students will be able to discover and develop talents in physical achievement such as strength, skill, agility, poise, and coordination in individual, dual, and team physical activities and sports. Physical education is a safe place to be physically active and growing into a healthy young adult.
